Froggy in the pond

We've had a frog making noise under our deck and around the back yard the last couple of days. Tonight at the cost of a dozen mosquito bites I tracked him down. He's a pretty cute guy, about 3cm long I'd say. There seems to be only one frog, but he's very mobile; he'll move 15 feet in a couple of minutes, going from under the deck to under the roses to in the pond.

Here, he's hiding under the little waterfall at one end of the pond, which is surrounded by rocks. It's a lovely place if you're a frog. I tried to get a sound recording on the camera, but the neighbor's idiot dog wandered up in the dark and jumped in the pond (it's what he does).
