Very interesting. Not, IMHO, as emotionally moving as The Ghost Brigades, but still a good book.
I had the player set on "fast" from Crown of Slaves and I left it there for both of these books. I can do that with a male reader; I get used to the higher pitch pretty quickly and don't notice it. I can't with most female readers though, the pitch just goes too high.
