I would have thought it was a bit early for snow, but there was a bit of accumulation when I saddled up this morning, and it fell rather heavily in patches on the way to work.
Unfortunately not real snow, but rather that sorta-snow-sorta-sleet white crap that stings your face. And of course, I was riding into the wind (this is Michigan; no matter which direction you're riding, it's into the wind).
I guess it was an opportunity to make sure I had all my mid-weight gear ready to go; this was the first outing since spring for the lined pants and the ligher head cover.
