Ugh, so...very...draggy
Feb. 12th, 2008 08:56 amI haven't ridden for a week. This sucks. I actually have parts of my body that hurt. That hasn't happened to me for months. I think the air in the bottom half of my lungs hasn't changed in days. I've been breathing indoor air for too long. I have no energy and my brain isn't working right. Riding normally pumps some nice endorphins or whatever into my system, and keep me happy. I'm starting to get kind of cranky. Heck, it's even feeling like the cold might start to bother me a little if I keep this up much longer. I know it's a heck of a lot colder in the car for the first 20 minutes than it is on the bike.
Being inside all the time is NOT HEALTHY. Exercising inside sucks, it's boring, and it is NOT a substitute for REAL exercise, outside. I'm riding sometime this week, I don't care if it's 50 below and 50 MPH wind.
