45 minutes, 4.5 miles (started at 6.5 mph, couldn't maintain it past 20 minutes, dropped back down to 5.0 for a 2 minute reset, spent the rest of the time between 5.5 and 5.8).
Held off lunch until after the run, just now eating at 2:20.
Hoping to do tae kwon do tonight. I haven't been to class since passing my green w/blue strip test. I need much, much practice on, well, pretty much everything. I'm going to defer any more testing until at least late summer; I think I've been rushing through the ranks too fast (I haven't made it to enough classes).
