I read a couple of books on the Android tablet, and though I thought it a quite workable platform for doing so as far as ease of reading goes, I went back to the Sony PRS-505 eInk reader (same technology/screen as kindle/nook/etc).

It basically comes down to battery life. I actually liked the tablet a little better due to being easier to read from in poor lighting (which is most of the time that I'm reading), MUCH faster page turning (instant), and FAR better control of font size and appearance.

It just bothered me to have to keep charging something every damned day. The Sony needs charging every 2 or 3 weeks.

I WOULD like to get a newer reader; the newer ones have much faster page turns and slightly brighter screens. But I probably will just stick with this one, since it's good enough.
