Book finished

The Grand Design by Stephen Hawking and Leonard Mlodinow

Well written but nothing new really for anyone who has been keeping up with even the popular press cosmology and quantum mechanics (like, Science Friday level). I don't know why I was expecting more, and I can't complain about it just because I had incorrect expectations. At least it's a very quick read.
