This is probably about the most pointless book I've read in years. I guess there was a plot, but it was utterly non-interesting. I didn't really care what happened at any point in it, and for the last 1/3 of the book at least I only finished it just for the sake of finishing it. The whole time I just wanted to get through it so I could start reading something interesting.
