Book finished: The Aeronaut's Windlass

I try not to give out very many 5 star reviews. However, when I stay up late because I can't stop reading, and at the end of a book I can't think of a single thing I'd change and I wish there were another 10 in the series I could pick up right this moment, I can't resist.
This has Jim Butcher's normal pacing - the last third or so of the book is one continuous breathless flight from one against-the-odds battle to the next, with the gallant heroes beaten but never defeated, standing with their friends and having their stalwart allies show up in the nick of time. Add in a charming love interest, sprinkle liberally with loyalty and bravery in the face of overwhelming odds.
In other words, as a friend said of this book, "he knows exactly what I want."
