Hee hee, took Dexter Chelsea road home today. Flat, smooth, and about a 12 MPH tailwind, so I was doing right around 30 MPH for a good chunk of the way. 'Course, it comes out in Chelsea, so I had to turn and head 4 miles north and back east again to get home, so it still took an extra 10 minutes than the normal route. But it was fun.

lucky you! We had 30-40 mph headwinds here--I was glad I had not ridden my bike.

I have headwinds nearly every day, tailwinds are very unusual, so I'm happy when I get them.
On the way to work there's usually not much wind, on the way back there is, and mostly the wind blows from the west. It's been from the east for a few days for some reason.
