Tearing down the trebuchet for packing, gathering all the tools I think we might need, topping off propane cylinders, gathering all the tents and chairs and crud, routing and gluing up the wood for Dermot's hybrid tests (I need more clamps, always more clamps), doing some final tweaks on a few things, at the last minute finding the bits from the water bottle launcher from last year and deciding I could rebuild that in time (still need O rings and some PVC cement, I have both somewhere but can't find them).

Discovered that a tire on the trailer is dead flat and has a bad leak at the rim. It's the one of the three that I did NOT have the garage in town fix last year, so I guess it'll be in their shop in the morning, I'm not rolling out without a spare.

The front tire on the mower is also shot. I was going to mow the front lawn. Still might but I'll have to see if I can buy a new tire. The shop over north of Dexter might have one. If I can get it early in the morning I might have a chance. Or I might just say to hell with it. The grass is all brown anyway, I'd just be mowing weeds.

I think I've probably got a pretty good sunburn going, and we haven't even left the driveway yet.

Since I'm rolling later, feel free to shoot me a minor shopping list, if I can find it, I'll grab it. Heading to Green Bay about noon on Wed., I'll hit the sands Thur. early afternoon, depending on how tourist I make the drive.

I am going to go to the hardware store tomorrow anyway. I'll have about a 20 minute wait for the tire to be fixed assuming they can get right to it, and the hardware store is across the street.
