Things coming together

johnridleyMy biggest retirement run-up project culminates on Friday night. A few dozen things needed to be done by then. Three or four were blocked on me. But I worked about 8 to 14 hour days Thanksgiving weekend and got them all lined up and all but one are running today, and that last one has working code just waiting for the agency to get back to me with credentials.
Cutting it really too close.
Once this is done I have two more things, one maybe a bit of work, the other one just long and irritating and I may have to leave for someone else to finish up since it involves getting buy-in on two off-shore servers and their teams.
Then hopefully I can sign off and never hear about it again.
Meanwhile a long-time coworker's last day was last Wednesday, another one is departing this Friday, and my departure party is on the 13th (couple of weeks early but people start having plans after that).
