TKD testing

johnridleyT and I tested up at TKD today. We've been a little thin on training lately, but we both somehow did very well. I remembered to relax today, I think this is the first testing that Master J.R. hasn't told me to relax.
Anyway, T is up to 2nd guep, red belt, and I'm to 3rd, blue with stripe. T has a required minimum of 12 months to go to get to black belt. This is where it gets serious with TKD. Up to red, they pretty much step you up if you can show basic proficiency in the requirements. Past red, you need to show proper attitude and dedication.
We had 3 kids graduate to red belt today. Red belts look great. T and I will almost certainly be sharing red belt status for a little while since it's faster to get from 3rd to 2nd than from 2nd to 1st guep.
