Back on the bike today.
Jul. 25th, 2011 07:21 amI feel about 100% better than I did yesterday. I think in the future when I'm on vacation and not hiking or something, I need to jump on the bike for 15 or 20 miles at least every 3 or 4 days. Without it I feel just a little worse every day, and by the time a week passes, I don't have a lot of energy left.
