Katy Trail day 7
Apr. 30th, 2023 09:51 pmWe had a mini breakfast at the Bunkhouse of oatmeal and Clif bars, then rode the last 19 miles in to St Charles and the Bike Stop Cafe.
We loaded our stuff into the car, changed into civvies, the had an excellent breakfast at the cafe, a huge breakfast wrap for me.
We walked around the very cute town for a while until Dave, one of Fritz's college friends showed up. He was just getting off his own ride so we went back to the cafe for his breakfast and I got a cinnamon roll, just to be friendly of course.
I drove all the way home, we just ducked in to Wendy's for dinner and arrived at Fritz's place at 9:15, overnight here then home.
