Concert week
Jan. 20th, 2024 08:55 amConcert week with OutLoud Chorus is a bit hectic. Rehearsal with the band on Monday, Tech rehearsal on Wednesday, dress on Thursday, concerts Friday and Saturday. All are 2 or 3 hours.
Plus I'm transporting the risers in the trailer, so I had to be there a couple hours early on Wednesday, and loading them out on Saturday will probably mean not getting home until midnight or so.
But it's SO much fun. Easily the most fun I've had on stage with a choir. If you're reading this on Saturday the 20th, you could still make the Saturday concert. If within 2 weeks after that, you could still catch the livestream. https://olconline.org/events
Other than that, nothing really happening. Thinking about the year to come and what I hope to do. I had planned on a 3rd garage bay as a major task. That's a good possibility but I'll have to jump on it early. I need to have it done by mid July, after that there's too much travel until September anyway. There are several other tasks, re-decking the west entry deck and re-skirting the south deck, but those are weekend projects at most.
We did not plan this. We all just happened to get this stuff from the same Amazon vendor.
