Michigan's Supreme Court dismissed a slip and fall suit where a guy broke his ankle slipping on black ice in a parking lot. The court said basically "Yeah, ya genius, it's below freezing, precipitating in Michigan. You shouldn't have to be WARNED that there might be black ice. You fail at common sense."

It's nice to see small victories in the way of "it's not someone else's fault you got hurt, it's YOURS."
