It just occurred to me that I could run shaky-cam movies through VirtualDub DeShaker and make them less nauseating to view.

Of course, it may turn out that being able to see the movies that they're making these days more clearly might make them more nauseating.

Same idea. DeShaker has an advantage in that it can look ahead in the video stream, and also it can post-process after it's done. That device would only work for NTSC systems anyway, so it's next to useless these days, except for older security systems.
