johnridleyIt took me 30 minutes a few weeks ago, and 30 minutes again today, to find the FSA reimbursement form at our company's benefits website. It's such a convoluted path to get there that by the time you find it, you don't really know how you got there.
I went through a half dozen explanations of how to use the FSA account, including filing for reimbursement, and you'd think that at some point during one of those it would be pretty easy to include a link to where the stupid form is...
This time I saved off a copy of the damned PDF. That means next time I need to use it, they'll have changed it and will reject the claim due to using the wrong form, I'm sure.
