Nook touchscreen failure

johnridleyFor the 2nd time, the touchscreen on the Nook STR stopped responding. When this happens you can't use it at all since you have to swipe the touchscreen to wake it up.
A hard reset fixed the problem both times, from 0% to 100% functional, so it's clearly just a firmware issue that I'm sure they'll fix, but it's a bit irritating. If it happened every day I'd be bugged. This is every couple of weeks so far.
