GT Wiki spammed

johnridleyWell, that didn't take long. The new GT Wiki which I set up around June 29 got invaded by spammers on July 9. They hide their pages so that it's not obvious, but there were hundreds of fake accounts set up and created hundreds of spam pages.
I installed the ConfirmAccounts module so that from now on people have to provide a valid email address, confirm it, then I'll get an email and will have to go and confirm their account before it's created.
Then I reverted the database to July 7. VERY happy that I wrote a script to do daily database backups; it made nuking all these pages a single command line and 30 seconds.
