Brother does the right thing

johnridleyThe new printer with the missing connector that I mentioned yesterday, they're going to ship me a new printer with the connector, including a return shipment label, so no money out of my pocket and no time without a printer.
Their original offer was to take it to a repair center in either Wayne or Lansing. I told them I didn't feel it was fair for me to take 1/2 a day of time and drive 140 miles to fix a defective printer that they built, so they offered this which is more than fair.
I've always been happy with Brother printers. They're very cheap to run and reasonable to buy, and they seem to run forever.
