Bike all better. A bunch of new spokes, new derailleur and hanger, chain straightened, everything readjusted. Took the opportunity to clean the cassette as well.

Is it my imagination, or does that cassette have a few miles on it? (Looks like it from the pictures.)

About 3000. It's a bit worn, but not bad yet. That's the original chain, it's not at 0.75% on the chain gauge yet.

The big sprockets in particular look really worn, but they were like that when new. It's a Shimano 105 10 speed 11-28 tooth, here's a photo of a new one. As you can see, even new they have a rake on the back side of the teeth. I think it's to improve shifting, especially downshifting under load.
