Pattern Recognition by William Gibson

★★☆☆☆

Meh. This wasn't really a very interesting story, the characters were pretty flat other than the main character, who wasn't even really that interesting, and there was practically zero suspense. The reveal was, as Norbert would say, ....almost.....interesting.....

Actually, just about my favorite Gibson, for the writing.

What would you put first?

I'd put this one first, since it's the first time I've even been able to finish a Gibson book.

The only other I've tried is Neuromancer. I made it about 1/3 of the way through and gave up. IMO it's rubbish. I've only abandoned perhaps 5 or 6 books in my life, so it is a rare piece of work in that regard.
