Feeling adrift

I'm attempting to get up to speed on a set of projects at work. They're entirely in environments and languages I've never used before, and they're quite complex. I've been working at it for two weeks and have gotten significant help, but I still really have barely a grasp of the corner of the complexity.

Last night I had one big long dream all night - I dreamed that I was staying up all night and was exhausted when the sun came up, and when I looked around the place was a disaster, crap everywhere, everything was very complicated and I had no idea where to start trying to clean it up.

I'm not normally big on dream interpretation, but I can't help thinking the two are related.
