It's January 7, and I rode home from work in a T shirt. OK, it was a long sleeve shirt, and I was wearing tights over my shorts, but still. It's January.

We'll pay for this, I just know it. It's going to be 20 below in February.

Didn't this happen last year too? I mean, not 60*F but way over freezing in January?

I don't know, but we hit 73F today and yesterday. Right now? A rather angry line of thunderstorms seems to be heading our way -- lots of watch and warning boxes.

Yeah, we're going to pay for this.

Wow, instant karma.

Oh John, you crack me up. Yeah, it's definitely going to bite in a few weeks [days?] when the weather turns "normal" again...

3/4" hail about 40 miles northwest of GR tonight, and a couple of tornadoes. Very, very strange for this time of year.

Last year it never really snowed until February. Of course, then it didn't really become spring until late April. I told the kids it was Planet Earth fighting back: If the heat doesn't kill them, maybe rapid change will....

As I recall, we were hit by pretty ferocious snow at the end of Capricon last year, and Minicon last year was quite heavily snowed too.
