School cuts possibly less horrible

Apparently the state is considering tapping federal stimulus money that they'd planned on using for schools next year, and instead using them to make the cuts to schools "only" $165 per student instead of $300.

The owner of our TKD studio has decided to get certified to instruct Krav Maga so hopefully in a few months we'll be able to have classes in that. As both Tom and I are approaching black belt with TKD, it will be fun to have another direction to explore (not that either of us will be what I'd call "expert" at TKD for years yet).
